Vintage Relics Antiques is a new store on the historic square in Rockville and right in the heart of Parke County—a perfect place for Annettra Newlin to open the store she has dreamed of for a long time.
Although the purchase of the store at 117 Jefferson Street was an “impulse” buy, it has ended up the perfect spot for her to display antique and vintage furniture, primitives, all sorts of home decor and maybe even some architectural salvage from time to time for her customers’ pleasure —inventory changes daily!
The building at one time was a hardware store and Annettra is slowly restoring the beautiful store with its original high tin ceiling and ambience of a peaceful time gone by. Annettra has always dabbled in antiques and about ten years ago started a booth to sell her found treasures. That whetted her appetite to have her own business, so Vintage Relics Antiques was born in late summer of 2019.
Stop in and browse all the country farmhouse and modern farmhouse wares— as well as much more — in the historic building on the historic square and enjoy the feel of being in Parke County, Indiana. She is open Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon - 5 p.m.--open hours may be longer according to interest.
